First Freelance Achieves CSE for Third Year Running

For a third consecutive year, First Freelance has achieved the Government’s prestigious Customer Service Excellence Standard, with an additional endorsement of ‘Compliance Plus’.

CSE, a trademark of the Cabinet Office, is awarded to firms whose practices exceed the required standards and are viewed as exceptional, or as an exemplar to others in the wider public service arena.

The esteemed government standard certifies First Freelance has a robust measurement of service satisfaction in all aspects of its business, places high importance on the understanding of its user’s experience and incorporates client feedback into its service delivery. Key areas of the accreditation include, professionalism, timeliness, delivery, information and staff attitude.
